We work with a network of agents worldwide, the majority of whom are affiliated with WYSE Work Abroad, a global association with a strict code of conduct and principles of operation.

Our agents work with individuals, universities and other organisations in their country in selecting and preparing interns for our programmes. When we receive the candidate interns details (CV, sector preference, etc) we match the intern with a shortlist of host organisations on our database.

We send these details to you, the host company, and if it suits you to take that individual intern on the dates they are available, then we confirm the pairing.

If the timing or the individual candidate profile does not suit you, we then contact the next matched organisation on our shortlist.
