When we place students in internships and accommodation in Ireland on your behalf, you can access real-time updates on the status of each group and individual at any time.
No more costly phone calls, time zone issues or out-of-office-hours panic; you simply log in to our secure extranet from any Internet browser to view all of the groups and individuals currently being managed or in Ireland.
Here you can view a snapshot of the status of that group or individual, including total number of individuals, number placed in host companies and in host families.
Further information on host family and host company status and details are available by clicking on the ‘More’ link and full details of each individual may be viewed by clicking on the ‘Itinerary’ links across from their names.
At any time, clicking on the print icon will display a printable view of the current page.
If you opt to provide them with access, each individual intern can view his or her placement details via the extranet, including:
- Host Company name, contacts, map location and website link
- Internship position (job)
- Internship placement status
- Host family name, address, composition and map location
- Accommodation placement status
